Junior Blackbelts
Having been practising martial arts for 8 years incorporating Ju-jitsu, Kobudo & Kickboxing, Anabel attained her 1st Dan Blackbelt in Ju Jitsu in February 2009. Anabel will shortly be attending a junior coaching course and will make an excellant Martial Arts Instructor.

Damian Hirons is a 1st dan in Ju-jitsu, he has been practicing martial arts for 9 years. He has started to train in kickboxing with 3 light contact fights under his belt with 2 wins and 1 loss , and has recently took a bronze medal at the WAKO European Championships .
